Cream and pink summer rose. Quiet Contemplation of the beautiful summer rose is the best way to appreciate it’s wondrous beauty. Roses are a beautiful gift of nature but do not last anywhere near long enough for my liking! The many folds and hidden depths contained in this single package were a delight to discover as I uncovered each one, leading to another, and another until the creation was complete. This rose was painted with love and the hope that it may bring joy and love to someone else in this form.

I painted this in portrait orientation however it may also be hung landscape. I have included a photograph of each as a guide to your preferred choice.

The rose petals continue around the edges of the canvas and my signature is on the right-hand edge.
