Additional Information

When we could travel easily to Victoria I always enjoyed sitting by a river with my sketchbook collecting images ready to paint on my return home. This is one of those that I chose to use acrylic and recapture on canvas. I was enjoying my own piece of paradise and imagined how nice it would be to have a picnic with my partner on the banks of the stream. It was still early in the day and the light was catching the water and illuminating the trees.

I have used mixed media on stretched canvas. It is unframed but ready to hang.
