Pink Rocks by Rosemary Legat – Acrylic paint, acrylic ink, acrylic ink pen, spray paint & printing ink on stretched canvas.

Numerous intuitive layers of painting, printing, stencilling, marking and sgraffito to create a very detailed and textured base.

As hints of pale pink were peeking through the layers, I decided be inspired by my favourite Australian native tree (Silver Princess) to create the final layer of details.

All stencils and stamps used in Pink Rocks were designed and created by myself.

Sides of the canvas painted white and signed on the front.
