This piece was an exhibition Finalist in the Lethbridge 20,000 Small Scale Art Award 2022.

This work is about being lost in the garden, forgetting everything that worries you and just getting lost in the simple beauty of the plants that fill our world.

This work is 61X61 on Fine Belgian Linen, signed on the front and sent with an artist cv and certificate of authenticity

All my work is sealed with a conservationist Gloss Varnish and is painted on Fine Belgian Linen (except for a few on canvas). Linen provides a much better finish for the paint and is longer lasting than canvas so gives the painting posterity and the conservationist quality varnish means that you can wipe the painting free of dust if you need to which will also preserve its life. The work is sent Stretched ready to hang. All works are painted on the sides so if hung stretched without an exterior frame it will still look lovely from any angle (no ugly white sides).
