My series “Stolen moments” was inspired by the atmosphere of music festivals, markets and endless summers.

We all steal moments from time to time. We wrestle with our everyday life; we function and follow rules. But then we are also in need of breathing space. A moment just for ourselves. Alone in a corner or with friends, listening to music or listening to our thoughts. These are our stolen moments.

This painting is part of the “Fiercely Feminine” exhibition at the Art Lovers Australia Gold Coast Gallery in February/March 2023 and will be available for shipping when it concludes.
