Cinnamon the Camel  – Delightful Nursery or Child’s Bedroom Art by Rosemary Legat – Acrylic paint, Acrylic Ink, Watercolour, Collage & Watercolour Crayon on 300gsm mixed media paper.

I started to ease back into creating after a whirlwind Egyptian/Jordan holiday by creating a couple of intuitive bases using a limited colour palette influenced by the colours exposed too while visiting Jordan.

With memories of the historic and archaeological city of Petra still swirling in my mind, further layers and abstract details added to one of of my intuitive bases creating a picturesque backdrop. Next I concentrated on Cinnamon along with the foreground finishing off with a touch of protective varnish.

As Cinnamon requires framing to hang my gallery images include examples of how she could look framed and hung.

I think Cinnamon would look delightful on a nursery or child’s bedroom wall.
