These series of abstract are inspired by thousands of thoughts we have fleeting around our minds like clouds moving across the sky. Some useful some not. I’ve trained as a yoga teacher and practice calming meditations over the years that helped me to recognise hap hazard thought that lead to unwanted thoughts and mental images that lead to stressful situations anxiety and the like. Painting is almost like a mandala that takes you on a journey of calm quiet breathing.
