The lilac parrot by Debra Duffy

This artwork is an original abstract using acrylic paint and artist markers. My garden is a constant source of inspiration, and here I have created a little abstract painting featuring a parrot in a very abundantly colourful tree. I have a lot of visitors in my garden of the bird kind and one of my favourites is the Crimson Rosella which is known for its vibrant and striking red ,blue and purple colour. The Crimson Rosella is native to eastern and south-eastern Australia and when they forage in groups the are very noisy with their happy chatter. This artwork with its bright colours and use of intricate patterns is full of joy and happiness.

This artwork consists of a quality thick edge stretched Italian cotton canvas that is varnished for protection. This painting is ready to hang with D hooks and picture wire and signed on the front and back and also includes a certificate of authenticity.
