Golden wattle or acacia pycnantha is found from the Eyre Peninsula to the Flinders Ranges. This gorgeous wattle spares no expense when it blooms in late winter. Overflowing with brilliant yellow blossoms, this incredible native attracts many species of honeyeaters, butterflies and jewel beetles.

‘Golden Wattle Still I’ features a flowing bouquet of foliage and blooms set in a vintage vase. This artwork with its sister piece, ‘Golden Wattle Still II’, have been created with an earthy palette of creamy tones, bold charcoals, desaturated blues and a hint of blush by the Australian landscape.
