When I painted “Turquoise Bay”, I wanted to capture the way this place makes you stop and take it all in the – endless stretch of soft, white sand, the way the water shifts from crystal-clear shallows to deep turquoise, and the gentle pull of the tide as it moves in and out.

I wanted this painting to hold that same sense of space and light – the feeling of standing at the edge of something vast and beautiful, where the sky meets the sea and time slows down for just a moment.
