I had taken some lovely reference photos of Woolgoolga Beach on a recent visit. A survey had announced that it was one of the prettiest beaches in Australia!
I decided to paint my own version of this pretty location.
I experimented with design ideas while at an art workshop and was given some guidance on how to create a pleasing composition.
The rock in the foreground was imaginary, but it adds some balance to the scene, plus it is always nice to add extra reflections!
I hope you like this pretty seascape! This painting is ready to hang on a thin-edge canvas with sides painted.
