‘Burst’ is an abstract photograph captured at Mulgundawa, on a recent trip to Brinkley, South Australia.

I must admit I got lucky with this small pond that had largely evaporated, and every time I have I been past this pond before, it has been dry and uninspiring… but I got lucky and captured this beautiful orange textured water which was highlighted by a white PVC pipe that created a unique abstract point of difference to this photograph.

Simple in nature, the vibrant burst of orange just brings this photograph to life!

Whenever I am travelling around I am always on the look for those small often unseen spots, and this was one of them, I’m just glad I took the time to look. Cheers, and safe travels 😊 Ash.
