Melbourne-born and bred abstract artist Louise draws inspiration from travel, hiking, food, reading, and cinema to fuel her curiosity. She is inspired by new experiences—whether wandering an unfamiliar city, trying a recipe for the first time, or engaging in deep conversations with fascinating people. Creativity flows into every part of her life, and she finds beauty in the smallest details.
Louise’s passion for art began in high school, guided by an unconventional and inspiring teacher who encouraged unrestrained expression. While her creative practice has ebbed and flowed over time, in recent years it has reclaimed centre stage—allowing her to explore emotion and connection through colour and form with greater authenticity than ever before.
