Gold Coast
inI am a predominantly self taught artist. I live on the Gold Coast, previously from Canberra. I have sold my art nationally and internationally. I call myself a naive colourist. I have currently collaborated with my partner Richard Paulger (R L Paulger Artworks) to create new artworks combining his paint pouring techniques with my design and art skills to produce some new and exciting artworks.

MIKKI CAMPBELL
I paint using acrylics and posca art pens and use recycled materials where possible. Most of my works are outlined in posca paint, due to limitations with my arthritic hands.
My influences are old masters such as Vincent Van Gough, Paul Gauguin, Matisse and contemporary artists such as Albert Namatjira and David Hockney. I love painting Australian landscapes, flora and homes, particularly old Queenslanders and Art Deco designs. More recently my art has turned to Asian influences, a love of which I have fostered since a child.
My artworks reflect all this and I know that like me they will keep changing and move in different directions, and that my paint box will always be full of bold and beautiful colours.
RICHARD PAULGER
The Village of Bangalow Northern NSW is home for Artist/Musician Richard Paulger.
Discovering a love and talent for fluid painting in recent years Richard’s works are sure to add vibrancy to any room.
Richard’s first Art exhibition was in June this year at Iluka Emporium. His acrylic paint pours combined with flotrol and silicone are predominantly uncontrolled as they are poured and tilted. According to Richard they are lots of fun but messy.
