Norma Martiri is a Brisbane-based photographer drawn to the quiet beauty of twilight, night scenes, and natural landscapes. She is inspired by the stillness of late hours and the way light gently transforms familiar places into timeless, atmospheric images.
Her photography often focuses on sunsets, bridges, jetties, and city skylines — spaces where architecture meets water and sky. A child of the 60s, Norma has a long-standing love of black and white photography, using monochrome tones to highlight texture, contrast, and mood.
Through her contemplative imagery, she seeks to reveal the extraordinary within the everyday, inviting viewers to slow down, pause, and experience a sense of quiet wonder.
