I have always, by nature, had a passion for creating art through multiple different mediums. I gravitate to the abstract of all things, as this allows the freedom of each piece to be uniquely understood and interpreted by the viewer, without direct instruction or intrusion to the true nature of the piece; from each persons individual perspective and experience.
My work is a combination of large scale abstract paint, photography and digital NFT prints. My photographic images which currently dominate as the main body of my work are all completely unique in their process. Some untouched, some black and white, others are sectioned and colour adjusted to create the exact desired feel and outcome. All are created in awe of simplicity, admiration of nature, unnoticeable or unlikely elements we’d usually pass by as parts of our everyday surroundings, that once explored in depth, offer a world of unlimited potential in creation.
With 2025 in full swing I have recently launched my new NFT art collection St8 of Heart. It comprises of art as collectables that are designed to portray your unique state of heart. What moves you, what you resonate with and what drives you. Within our current modern technological landscape, the use of emojis has infiltrated to a distinctive recognition that with just one simple image we can describe an entire array of emotions. My concept is to connect to this element and use the one symbol, the love heart, the symbol almost everyone in the world will recognise, and develop interpretations (states) of this in order to express your story. All works are 1 of 1 limited edition prints in numbered sets. All artworks of this collection are gallery quality, acrylic glass prints, sized at 50cm x 50cms, designed to be combined or displayed with multiples in mind. Each artwork will be accompanied with your authenticated digital NFT as proof of validity and ownership.
In collaboration with The Red Door Collective Vineyard and Cellar Door in the Hunter Valley, three of my artworks have now proudly been displayed on their 2024 premium collection wines.
In 2024, I was honoured to step into a philanthropic context with my art and now commit my ongoing support to the Serve Our People’s, annual Charity Auction as a donor of my artwork, raising funds and awareness to support our broader community in need. Last year saw one of my bespoke creation “blank canvas” artworks sell for a generous $10,000 and I can’t wait to see what this years auction event will bring.
