But at its core, it is 130 year-old creative toning process with roots as both an artistic ‘color’ statement and an enhancer of the archival qualities of a printed photo to help a printed image deteriorate more slowly.

This giant painting is an example of how gorgeous Sepia tones can be on a grand scale. Black and white is great but tends to err on the side of cold or clinical. As with a “warm” light bulb, sepia adds warmth and an inviting appeal to its surrounds.

Specifications:    Quality acrylics used giving long lasting rich pigmentation/lustre. Designed on acid free environmentally unbleached cotton duck, triple coated with universal primer, heavy duty stretcher bars were used to reduce warping. Protective Matte Varnish applied.
