When we’re feeling so tired and weak from this journey we call life, it’s hard to find the strength to keep going and ignore the feeling ‘I can’t’. You can. It takes just one moment of strength. However that looks for you. It could be one happy memory, one quiet moment of reflection, a reminder from nature, a pretty colour, the thought of a favourite place…one thing of beauty.
