I have this image in my head of a friend of mine who went to the races all beautifully done up- towards the end of the day one photo remains of her with lipstick smudged across her face after a pashing session-she was unaware and the lipstick was stage makeup so it was pretty hard to move.

I have since seen a photo of myself from my nightclubbing days of myself. I don’t think we are alone.
