Alice Springs by Theo Papathomas – is from my painting series when I went to Kings Canyon in Alice Springs. I wanted to capture all the different rich red colours and shades of the landscape. In this painting, I paid close attention to composition and space inspired by this glorious and spiritual land. I used mainly warm colours and to capture the spirit of this land, often associated with the great Australian outback. There are the hills and tracks, waterfalls, waterholes that makes this landscape unique. A very harmonious composition of colours and forms that makes it a very poetic and romantic painting . The painting is signed and dated 2020 at the back and comes with a certificate of Authenticity.
