Amulet is a retro, sci-fi work that creates a sense of mystery in a beautiful Fraser Island panoramic landscape. The choice of vanishing point focuses on the beautiful figure, leads to the trees emphasising the UFO’s pathway. The shapes and patterns of the tree roots are reflected in the figure’s hair. The Amulet shape resembles a UFO, overall adding unity and dynamism to the composition.
