Angkor Wat Heads by Pamela Mitchell – Having lived in Asia for many years I had always wanted to see the Cambodian ancient temple city but it was not safe at that time. Once I had the chance I was not disappointed. It was everything I had hoped for.

I did some sketching then returned to my studio to paint on canvas.

The stone heads on site were particularly impressive and I decided to depict them as a triptych.

I have painted three original oil paintings on stretched canvas, each framed in a floating frame style to be hung either horizontally or vertically.

They have been varnished for protection.

The size stated is for each individual artwork, including the frame.
