I had painted a version of this subject some years ago, but was inspired to paint it again in a different way. It is painted loosely in an impressionist style using both brushes and a palette knife. It was inspired by a favourite beach location Minnie Water where we used to have family holidays. A favourite walk was along the coastal path towards Back Beach where there are lots of small picturesque inlets and headlands.

This painting is framed and ready to hang. The frame measures 34 x 44 cm.
