Additional Information

Aurora Reflection by Susanne Bianchi.

In this sweet small abstract painting, a mesmerizing dance of blue, green, and yellow strokes intertwine and collide, forming a kaleidoscope of vibrant hues that arrest the senses. Amidst this riot of colors and shapes, a beautiful and pensive face emerges, ethereal and enigmatic. Her features are delicately rendered, evoking a sense of introspection and mystery to captivate the viewer’s gaze. The brushstrokes aim to convey a narrative of their own, only possible within the abstract art piece.

I start my pieces with multiple layers of under-colour and a little collage. The aim is to create depth and mystery to the artwork.  I then sketch in my face so she emerges from the swathes of colour and shapes.

Painted on a cradled timber board, it is finished in a satin varnish (please note that all images are taken before the varnish to reduce reflection). It is signed on the back and is professionally finished.

Note that insitu examples may not be to scale.
