Additional Information

Autumnal by Fionna Madigan – is a richly atmospheric painting that conjures seasonal transitions that play out in bush surrounds of Central Victoria. I paint on primed Dibond which has excellent archival properties. The painted borders are an integrated part of the entire substrate (i.e. it’s not ‘separate’ ) creating a framed effect without the need for additional framing (although you are free to do so). The purpose of the border is to offer a window of aesthetic contemplation and a particular experience of perception.
