This small acrylic landscape was painted by Sue using a palette knife and rigor brush.    She built up the texture in the foreground to show the rough terrain the child is crossing with his bucket.

The inspiration for this painting comes from the many beaches she has visited in the past where fishermen enjoy standing in front of the waves and casting in the surf.

Sue has sealed the painting with a semi-gloss varnish.  The sides are painted black and it is wired and ready to hang.   She has signed the painting on the back.
