Beach Shadows by Anne Strambi – This oil painting was inspired by one of my walks along Pippi Beach at Yamba, where the afternoon shadows fell across the bright sand. I wanted this painting to be loose and impressionist, and used both brush and palette knife to get lots of different effects like texture, patches of colour and random marks. The painting is framed in a lovely oak frame and ready to hang. The frame measures 54 cm x 45 cm.
