Blackbutt Moment I by Smith & Brooks is a limited edition print of the original artwork from the collection, ‘Southern Melody’.

Blackbutt, or eucalyptus pilularis can be found dotted along the south eastern coast of Australia. Where woody bushlands meet coastal landscapes, this iconic species is a symbol of Jacky’s childhood holidays spent in and around Sydney.

Created with a colour palette inspired by the Australian landscape, this artwork features creamy tones of the upper bark of the blackbutt gumtree. ‘Blackbutt Moment I’ works in continuity with other pieces from the Southern Melody collection such as its sister pieces, ‘Blackbutt Moment II’ and ‘Blackbutt Still I’.

Each product comes printed with our signature mark on the front and is individually numbered on the back.

Limited edition 100 on high quality 310gsm Hahnemühle Natural Line, Agave Fine Art paper. Each comes with an extra white border for ease of handling for your framer. Made up of 70% agave, this fine art paper is created with less environmental impact than traditional fine art papers.

Also available ready to hang on stretched canvas. Optional float frame available in sustainable sourced oak or matte black timber. All canvas prints are made to order so please allow 4 weeks for dispatch of your order.
