Additional Information

Blue Dreams is a watercolour piece influenced by a wonderful Japanese artist I very much admire – Yuko Nagayama.

I have liberally applied watercolour with large brushes and buckets of water to achieve the wonderful free effects which can be achieved with this great medium when you allow it to have its own way. I have used a light and bright colour scheme of turquoise and blue to give a fresh look to the blooming of spring and how exciting is it to be able to display some colourful blossoms on your wall. This is part of the series in this style of works.

As with all of my works, this is an original and a one of a kind, I do not make prints from any of my works.
The paintings are signed on the front with my name ‘Lucinda’ and come with a Certificate of Authenticity. I only use Artist quality materials in the creation of my artwork – archival, quality paper for my watercolours, well prepared supports for my oil paintings and both are painted using artist quality pigments.

The piece will arrive cocooned in bubble wrap and packed within a sturdy cardboard container, sometimes recycled ( I do like to recycle when I can!), any glass will be taped to help prevent breakage, it may not be the prettiest on the outside but the contents will arrive safe and sound.
