Breaking The Shacklesby David Clare – Although I am trying to discipline myself to stay focused on a theme, or series, every now and then I just have to splash some paint at a canvas. “Breaking The Shackles” is a classic case of that. I love painting with this freedom, and letting paint, and colour do its thing. As much as I love the blending qualities of Oil paint, I also love the way Acrylic paint just sits, and merges without blending, when applied in a direct manner. So, here is my latest “release”.
