Breaking Wave Lovers Point by Anne Strambi

This original oil painting on canvas was inspired by my favourite walk across the rocks to Lovers Point at Yamba which is a flat headland where you can be close to the waves breaking over the rocks. There are lots of rock pools, resting sea gulls and sometimes fishermen trying their luck. I love watching the waves breaking and the different shades of blue as the wave crashes down and the sunlight glows through the water.
