Bubbles by Olga Megele is a response to the current strangeness of the world. Everything is different, unsettled and requiring a new understanding of the once familiar. Here the artist intersperses the familar; children at play, with the unfamiliar; children sprouting ears, deer horns and playing in weird landscapes. We are living in a time of uncertainty were even the news might be fake.
Using a subdued and limited palette, there is a sense of nostalgia and a dream like quality to the series.

The sides are painted in a wrap around style which makes framing optional. Ready to hang.
