Cathedral in Blue by Estelle Asmodelle – This artwork explores the idea of an emotional Cathedral. A place that is sacred, and echoes with thoughts and holds a peace that is hard to find, but the peace in a colour, the colour blue. This work is painted in the style of abstract expressionism.

This work is painted with synthetic polymer acrylic and the surface is a professional-grade 12 oz canvas and has been sealed with varnish. The canvas is stretched onto an HD stretcher with dimensions 198.1 cm in width by 121.9 cm in height. The painting is painted in the same manner on the sides, so there is no need for framing.
