Drawing on my lifelong appreciation of the natural world, I create imaginative underwater landscapes through my artwork – dream-like worlds resting beneath the sea, and kaleidoscopic coral reefs of pink and peach. Abstraction allows viewers to bring their own interpretations to the work; I’m delighted when a collector finds something unique in a painting that I hadn’t imagined. It’s all about the individual experience.

Rebecca’s pieces are interpretations of natural curves and vibrant colours of some of Australia’s most unique corals. The seducing hues draw you into the story of the artwork – a subtle reminder of the beauty that lies beneath the ocean’s surface – the amazing colours that exist under all of the oceans blue.
