Changing Seasons by Melinda Pile – I like to think that I am in tune with the seasons as they change, but this autumn really has crept up very quickly on me. Perhaps because we have had such a cool summer. I worked on this painting over the Easter break when we alternated between hot and cold weather here in Melbourne. The leaves have started to glow golden red, but there is still a little green about with bursts of citrus colours – that is what I am going for here…the change!
