Additional Information

Cheetah – This beautiful creature is a resident of Taronga Western Plains Zoo in Dubbo. For a photographer, this zoo is a paradise. With few fences and uninterrupted views of the animals, you can sit for hours and hopefully get the perfect shot. I have always been ambivalent about zoos. Dubbo Zoo, however, does magnificent conservation work and supports the re-inroduction of endangered species around the world. The fight to save cheetahs is a race against time. The lines of tears on the face of the cheetah have spawned many African legends. I like to celebrate endangered species in my photography. This print is on archival canvas and is part of a limited edition. Box Framed in Tasmanian Oak. Personally signed and editioned on the reverse.
