This piece is a representation of a gorgeous landscape with the western sky at dusk as a magnificent back drop. Transparent layers of colour and tinted varnish add to the lustre of this piece. The large format makes a big statement. Relaxing, vibrant and meditative. There is something amazing in a sky that is familiar yet different to what you have been used to. The stars and the planets aren’t quite what you have been used to. Travel does that to us, it makes us more aware of our surroundings, it opens our eyes and our senses.

Quality Acrylic on 380 gsm triple primed canvas. This piece is a large format painting with loose brushstrokes. The colours used are mostly transparent which really makes the colours become very vibrant. The surface has been covered with a protective layer of acrylic sealer which has enhanced the beautiful, rich colour.

The sides are painted in a wrap around style which makes framing optional. Ready to hang.
