In this case Margaret wanted to create a sense of movement by incorporating indication of a windy day , Quality Italian canvas was stretched over à wooden frame and the canvas primed with gesso with three applications .Art spectrum oil paint and gel sealant have been used and D hooks applied and the painting is ready to hang .There is no external frame .
