‘Cottage Garden in Pinks’ by Meg Shaw – exclusive to Art Lovers Australia.

This is an original floral garden scene in mainly pinks and blues. It has been inspired by English country gardens. The technique is fluid art. It has been hand worked in alcohol ink on yupo paper (approximately 45 x 64 cm).

My ink technique is to use movement of the medium by blowing puffs of air or by tilting the wet ink. I don’t use brushes, nor do I use digital apps.

Alcohol ink is a difficult medium to work with and takes a lot of practice to perfect. Perfect may not be the right word, as I feel the end results are a mix of skill and happy accidents.

‘Cottage Garden in Pinks and Blues’ is on paper abd it is unframed. It will be posted directly to you in a cardboard tube via Auspost. As I live in rural Tasmania now, please allow a little more time for delivery. Thank you.

Framing behind glass is recommended.
