Her hair surges skyward in a halo of untamed brilliance, the very embodiment of big hair, don’t care, while her extravagant boots strike a balance between sculpture and statement. This work belongs to a series celebrating young, confident women, each a reflection of my own younger self—bold, audacious, and unafraid. Though painted in retrospect, these figures are not relics of the past; they are living echoes of the woman I remain within, vibrant and undiminished, still claiming space with joy and defiance.
