Desert Drift is part of a body of work exploring the rhythms, forms and colours of the desert. These paintings are very organic. They’re always adventures as forms emerge from the way paint behaves on the surface using water spray. Layers of thin paint applied between varnish coats preserves underpainting, and gives a bright, luminous quality to these artworks.
Painted on the sides so will not require framing
Finished with two coats of varnish for surface protection
