‘DigiDrancel 8K – LilyZoom No 1’ by PLAYlogo, from his “DigiDrancel” series. Features visual effects combined with high resolution photography of the unique motion-controlled Drancel Light Art system. Custom electronics capture gestures that control the primary colour proportions, which are then photographed combined with various optical elements. The reflections and refractions also give rise to new colours through light synthesis, like mixing coloured paints.

The original photo behind this work used an ornamental Water Lily lead crystal piece as optical element. The blue primary is dominant over the red and green, but notice how the colours combine to also make orange, purple, yellow, and other colours. This digitally composed image additionally includes a fascinating infinite zoom effect that further combines the colours and creates a 3D tunnel look.

This image is only offered in ready-to-hang Acrylic Float Frame mounted format (not as unmounted prints). The compact, super long-lasting, modern Acrylic Float Frame mounting – with the print sealed behind quality 3mm acrylic and with no frame border –  is perfect for showing off the bright colours. They also come with a detachable slide rail on the back for easy hanging and positioning (2cm depth in total).
