This original Artwork is a continuation of my current series, playfully exploring the merging of Man & Machine.

Childhood fantasies of future technology from last century, Astro Boy Cartoons & Robot Comics, collide with the reality of this Century.

Into the future we stride, smart phones in hand, typing all our personal information into Apps, our likes & dislikes, our exact location being tracked by satellites.

All this juicy information harvested and sold off to advertisers; ready to capitalise on our every desire and insecurity.

My art is directly influenced by Graffiti in City Laneways, Vintage Billboards and other weathered surfaces & is also inspired by my love of gestural abstraction and my obsession with using spray paint.

The work created on Recycled Cardboard with paint. The artwork was then framed in a black poster frame and mounted under clearing perspex sheet for protection, the framed work is ready to hang.
