Early Morning Swim by Rebecca Koerting – Inspired by my childhood love and connection with the natural world – I paint secret worlds that I imagine – hidden worlds deep in the ocean and pockets of reefs may will never see. What I love most about abstract art, is that if someone sees something different to what I have intended – then that’s fantastic. I love it when collectors connect with a piece and see something different to me. It’s all about personal experience.

I love hearing when someone really connects with a piece of my artwork and it makes them smile whenever they walk into the room. Or it makes them calm. Or it energises them. Whatever they need from it.
