The ranges east of Mparntwe (Alice Springs) aren’t the stars of the tourist trail, which mostly leads west of the city. They are just as extraordinary and their shapes and forms remind us of the cataclysms of the earth’s geological history. This artwork is part of a small body of semi-abstract works inspired by the landscapes around Mparntwe.
Painted on the sides so will not require framing
Finished with two coats of varnish for surface protection
