At first sight, this elegant Cymbidium Orchid immediately captured my attention.
The soft petals with a glossy, almost waxy appearance whose form curves protectively, encasing the tender, delicate and intricately modified tri-lobed petal known as the labellum or lip, with seductive glimpses seen across this image.
The effect of light and shadow brings a sense of depth and drama, capturing the effects of mood and movement. The result is magical, and I hope I have achieved this feeling as I pursue my dream to the utmost of my abilities, expressing my joy in capturing a moment in time, recreating beauty for all who view to experience forever.
