Elenor is an original oil painting by Margaret Connell. It was influenced by Margaret’s life long interest in drawing and painting faces and was inspired by a wish to create a sense of the nature of the person painted. Margaret experiences à memory for faces and this enables her to draw upon memories to use in paintings . The canvas as stretched over à wooden frame and primed with gesso. Good quality oil paints were used and à light glazing fell to seal the painting .D hooks have been applied and the painting is ready to hang .
