Standing out in the field of many other flowers, the calla lily (Zantedeschia sp.) is an extraordinary exceptional flower. This beautiful plant, available in a multitude of colours, grows from rhizomes and is ideal for use in beds and borders.

Many years ago, I was fortunate to have a few White Calla Lilly plants in the garden. Looking magnificent in the garden and equally lovely in a vase lasting up to two weeks. Their slender stem holding the most elegant, stylish yet simple flower, a true beauty of the flower world.

My particular favourites are the White Calla Lilly (for holiness, faith and purity) and the Black  or deep burgundy  Calla Lilly for royalty and strength
