Epicormic Buds of Hope by Christine Hyde

This painting was created as part of my Nature”s Resilience series. Epicormic Buds of Hope is a beautiful striking abstract, drawn and painted with alcohol inks. – This is created on a composite panel gloss board which is mounted to a cradle wood frame. It has clear varnished timber sides.
It is UV protected and varnished to help preserve the inks. This can not be hung in a place where direct sunlight casts it’s rays across the surface, or under flouroscent lighting, as over time the inks may fade. Perfectly ok to hang in a normal well-lit room as long as it isn’t exposed to direct rays of sunlight.
– Composite gloss aluminum panel on cradle wood. Very pleasing aesthetically. Does not require further framing.
– Mounted at the rear with gallery d-rings and wire, ready to hang
– Signed on the front of painting and will also come with a certificate of authenticity.
– This has been varnished and UV protected, however should not be hung in direct sunlight so to best preserve the archival quality of the inks.
IMPORTANT HANGING INFORMATION: this piece weighs 6 kgs and will require secure hanging on fixed hooks in studs in your wall.
Thank you for considering “Epicormic Buds of Hope”.
