Fascinating Gums by Uma Barry – Hi everyone, here is my latest painting based on gum studies. I have always been a massive lover of Australian gums and each piece I paint, I thoroughly enjoy. The colors, patterns, shapes and the feel of the tree’s surroundings fascinate me. This painting is based on a gum study. It has a couple of Australian gum trees with very attractive formation of bark. The colors, it’s patterns and shapes always fascinate me. The size of this piece is 26cmx20cm.
